Senior Engineer - Field Services

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer to join our team in the field services department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and excellent problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

• Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, or on-site visits.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to software applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions for customer requests and problems.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
• Analyze customer feedback and provide recommendations for process improvements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in IT services or software support.
• Strong understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with help desk software and ticketing systems is an asset.
