Senior Engineer / Engineer - MRSS/CPP/Oxygen Plant

Role & responsibilities

• Operation and maintenance of MRSS (Main Receiving Substation) / CPP/ Oxygen Plant.
• Monitoring of HT/LT electrical systems, transformers, switchgear, and protection relays.
• Execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure quick restoration of power supply.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, LOTO, and statutory requirements.
• Prepare shift reports and maintenance records.
• Coordinate with internal teams and contractors for shutdown and maintenance activities.

Preferred candidate profile

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
• 4- 8 years of experience in MRSS/Substation / CPP/ Oxygen Plant operation & maintenance.
• Hands-on experience in transformers, HT switchgear, VCBs, protection relays, and power distribution systems.
• Knowledge of electrical safety practices and shutdown management.
• Ability to work in shifts and handle emergency breakdowns independently.
