Senior Engineer / DRE Suspension Systems (Chassis Engineering)

We are seeking a skilled Chassis DRE Suspension (Shock Absorber & Tuneable Components) to join a high-performance automotive engineering team working on advanced vehicle programs.

Role Focus:

Ownership of end-to-end suspension system design & development, including:

• Shock absorber & strut assemblies
• Springs, stabilizer bars & bushings
• Suspension module / corner module integration
• Vehicle ride, handling & durability performance

Core Responsibilities:

• Suspension system design, tuning & validation
• Supplier technical management & development
• DFMEA, DVP&R, PFMEA, PPAP execution
• CAE & testing collaboration for fatigue/NVH
• Root cause analysis of field & assembly issues
• Cross-functional coordination across engineering teams
• Support vehicle launch & continuous improvement programs
