Senior Embedded Software Engineer

Responsible for architecting, developing, and maintaining high-reliability embedded and software systems, driving technical decisions, and ensuring performance, scalability, and compliance with project and quality standards. Leads module ownership, mentors team members, and collaborates across hardware, QA, and system engineering teams to deliver robust solutions

• Design and develop robust, scalable embedded and software solutions aligned with system requirements.
• Own modules end-to-end, including architecture definition, design reviews, and technical decision-making.
• Develop high-quality C/C++ code for real-time and embedded applications with a focus on reliability and performance.
• Perform system-level debugging, root cause analysis, and performance optimization.
• Lead hardware-software integration, including board bring-up, interface validation, and system testing.
• Work with communication interfaces such as UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, and Ethernet.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (hardware, QA, systems, clients) to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
• Drive coding standards, version control practices (e.g., Git), and CI/CD implementation.
• Participate in requirement analysis, effort estimation, and risk assessment.
• Support deployment, validation, and post-release maintenance, including field issue resolution.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team capability development and technical knowledge sharing.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and project timelines, particularly in mission-critical systems.
