Roles Responsibilities

Lead and supervise electrical installation work at solar and electrical project sites.
Execute AC/DC electrical wiring, panel installation, earthing, and cable management.
Inspect and test electrical systems to ensure safety and operational efficiency.
Guide junior electricians and ensure adherence to site drawings and instructions.
Identify and resolve on-site electrical faults and technical issues.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company guidelines.
Maintain daily work reports and coordinate with site supervisors.

Qualifications

Diploma or ITI in Electrical / Polytechnic.
3-6 years of field experience in electrical or solar installations.
Strong understanding of electrical tools, drawings, and safety procedures.
Ability to lead a small team and work at project sites.
Willingness to travel and work in field conditions.
