Senior Electrical Design Engineer

Develop and review electrical system architecture for industrial machinery and welding equipment

Design electrical schematics, panel layouts, wiring diagrams, and BOMs using EPLAN

Develop PLC control logic, I/O configuration, and automation concepts in line with system requirements

Coordinate with mechanical and hydraulic teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical and control systems

Perform component selection (PLC, drives, sensors, protection devices, HMIs, etc) based on technical and operational requirements

Support troubleshooting, testing, FAT/SAT, and commissioning activities as required

Ensure compliance with applicable electrical standards, safety norms, and documentation practices

Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers within the project team

Mandatory Skills Competencies
Strong hands-on experience in PLC programming and control system design

Proficiency in EPLAN for electrical schematic development and documentation

Solid understanding of industrial electrical systems, panel design, and field wiring practices

Ability to interpret system requirements and translate them into structured electrical designs

Experience in project coordination, milestone tracking, and delivery ownership

Excellent communication skills and ability to interface with cross-functional and international stakeholders
