Senior EHS Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement effective Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas of improvement in EHS performance and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop risk assessments, incident investigations reports, and other documents related to EHS management.
• Provide training on EHS best practices, regulations, and company policies to employees at all levels within the organization.

Job Requirements :

• 8-15 years of experience in Environmental Health & Safety role in an industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, industry standards related to EHS management.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful EHS programs that drive business results while ensuring employee safety.
