Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Manager willbe responsible for planning, executing, and managing the company scomprehensive digital marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have provenexperience in SEO, SMM, SMO, ad trafficking, and lead generation, with hands-onfamiliarity in using digital marketing tools, managing all social mediaplatforms, and troubleshooting CRM integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate qualified leads.
Plan, implement, and optimize SEO (on-page and off-page) strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
Manage Social Media Marketing (SMM) campaigns across all major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.) to engage audiences and grow followers.
Implement Social Media Optimization (SMO) best practices to maximize reach and performance.
Handle ad trafficking, including planning, setting up, monitoring, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across search engines, display networks, and social media platforms.
Oversee lead generation activities through targeted campaigns, landing pages, marketing funnels, and email marketing automation.
Manage and maintain the company s digital marketing tools and technology stack (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
Ensure seamless integration and troubleshooting between marketing automation systems and CRM platforms.
Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs and campaign performance, providing actionable insights to management.
Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Design) to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals.
Manage external agencies and vendors as needed to execute campaigns.

Key Requirements

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A master s degree or certifications in digital marketing is a plus.
Minimum of 4 6 years of proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar senior digital marketing role.
Demonstrable experience with:

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Social Media Marketing (SMM)
Social Media Optimization (SMO)
Ad trafficking for paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
Lead generation strategies

Proficiency with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, etc.).
Experience managing all major social media platforms with a strong understanding of content planning and community engagement.
Hands-on experience troubleshooting CRM integrations and marketing automation workflows.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
