Summary of Position :
We are looking for an experienced DevSecOps Engineer to design, implement, and manage secure, scalable cloud infrastructure and DevOps pipelines on AWS. This role focuses on embedding security across the software development lifecycle (SDLC), enabling teams to deliver high-quality, compliant, and cost-efficient applications through robust DevSecOps practices. The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer with strong expertise in AWS, infrastructure automation, CI/CD, and security tooling, with the ability to design and implement production-grade solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement secure, scalable AWS solutions with focus on Data Lake, networking, and cloud-native services.
- Build and manage infrastructure using Terraform and Terragrunt.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar tools.
- Integrate and manage security tools like SonarQube and Veracode.
- Implement DevSecOps practices across the SDLC including secure coding and secrets management.
- Design and manage AWS networking components (VPC, subnets, routing, load balancers).
- Build and optimize AWS Data Lake solutions using S3, Glue, Athena, and Lake Formation.
- Perform vulnerability management, assessments, and remediation.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using CloudWatch and CloudTrail.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives across AWS services.
- Collaborate with engineering and security teams for secure delivery pipelines.
- Automate workflows using Python or shell scripting.
- Support incident response and continuous improvement of security posture.
Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:
- 5-10 years experience with Bachelor s/Master s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Strong experience of Infrastructure Management with core DevOps capability.
- Strong experience with AWS core services including compute, storage, and networking.
- Experience designing Data Lake solutions on AWS.
- Deep understanding of AWS networking concepts (VPC, DNS, routing, load balancing).
- Expertise with Terraform and Terragrunt.
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
- Experience with SonarQube, Veracode, or similar tools.
- Strong experience in security and vulnerability management.
- Strong Linux administration skills.
- Proficiency in Python or Bash scripting.
- Experience with Docker(Preferred) and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of IAM, encryption, and secure architecture patterns.
- Experience in monitoring and observability tools.
- Ability to design end-to-end AWS solutions.
Work hours: 12 PM to 9 PM IST
