Senior Devops Engineer with Python

Role & responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of innovative solutions to manage our infrastructure and improve our CI/CD pipeline 
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders across Product development spectrum around the globe 
• Ensure the stability, security, and scalability of our systems 
• Play a key role in our overall software development life cycle 
• Automate and optimize processes using scripting and infrastructure as code (IaC) 
• Perform code reviews and sanity checks for the code developed.  
• Implement and maintain security controls in a production environment 
• Mentor and guide your team of engineers, helping them to grow their skills and advance their careers 
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of projects 
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for improving the company's technology stack  

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) 
• In-depth knowledge of containerization and container orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm) 
• Strong expertise in Jenkins Infrastructure maintenance 
• Expertise in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, CircleCI, or GitLab 
• Strong scripting skills in Python, with the ability to automate and optimize processes using scripting and infrastructure as code (IaC) 
• Strong understanding of security best practices and experience implementing security controls in a production environment 
• Excellent leadership skills and experience managing and mentoring teams of engineers 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both with technical and non-technical stakeholders
