As a Senior DevOps Engineer at TechRBM , you will architect, implement, and optimize multi-cloud DevOps ecosystems supporting enterprise-scale applications. You will lead key initiatives in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) , CI/CD automation , container orchestration , and observability , ensuring reliability, scalability, and security across environments.

In this role, you'll collaborate with solution architects, delivery heads, and cross-functional teams to define and execute DevOps roadmaps that drive modernization, efficiency, and operational excellence. As a technical leader, you will also mentor junior engineers , fostering an automation-first and performance-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities

Architect, design, and implement DevOps pipelines and multi-cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure .
Define, standardize, and enforce DevOps best practices for CI/CD, IaC, observability, and automated deployments.
Manage and optimize multi-environment cloud infrastructure for high availability, security, and cost efficiency.
Design and manage Kubernetes clusters (EKS, AKS) with Helm , Ingress , and Service Mesh integrations.
Oversee Infrastructure as Code implementation using Terraform , Ansible , or CloudFormation .
Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins , GitLab CI/CD , or Azure DevOps .
Implement monitoring and observability frameworks like Prometheus , Grafana , ELK/EFK , CloudWatch , and App Insights .
Drive DevSecOps integration and ensure compliance with security and governance standards.
Automate cloud provisioning, patching, scaling, and disaster recovery workflows using Python , Bash , or PowerShell .
Collaborate with developers, SREs, and architects to enhance deployment velocity and system reliability .
Lead incident management efforts, perform root cause analysis , and implement performance optimization strategies.
Stay ahead of emerging tools and practices in CloudOps, GitOps, FinOps , and Platform Engineering .

Required Skills Experience

8 12 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) .
Deep expertise in AWS and Microsoft Azure services (compute, storage, networking, IAM, monitoring).
Strong command of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM) .
Proven experience in CI/CD automation using Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps .
Hands-on with Docker , Kubernetes , and containerized deployment strategies.
Proficient in Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation and scripting.
Experience with Linux/Windows administration , networking, and load balancing.
Ability to design secure, scalable, and high-availability multi-cloud architectures.
Understanding of DevSecOps and compliance standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR .
Exposure to microservices , service mesh (Istio/Linkerd) , and API gateways preferred.
Familiarity with GitOps workflows and observability stacks is a strong plus.
