Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role, with hands-on experience in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines.
2.
Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices, including but not limited to Jenkins, Git, GitLab CI, Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform.
3.
Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef is a plus.
4.
Strong understanding of containerization and orchestration, including Docker and Kubernetes.
5.
Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Shell to automate tasks and build custom solutions.
6.
Experience with version control, release management, and environment configuration is a plus.
Other Skills: Experience working with AI-powered solutions, particularly in customer care or contact center environments.
Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or similar.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.
ITIL certification or other relevant DevOps certifications.
Ability to work collaboratively with development, QA, and other teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of features.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a proactive, solution-driven approach.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to non technical stakeholders.
Main Job Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines for seamless and efficient software delivery across multiple environments.
Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure continuous integration and delivery of new features, updates, and fixes.
Automate build, test, and deployment processes using industry-leading tools and practices (e g, Jenkins, Git, Kubernetes, Docker).
Ensure high availability, performance, and security of deployment pipelines while continuously optimizing them for improved efficiency and faster delivery.
Monitor and maintain CI/CD systems to quickly detect and resolve any issues, ensuring minimal disruption to product development and release cycles.
Implement and enforce best practices for version control, environment management, and automated testing.
Work closely with product teams to align development workflows with release schedules and deployment strategies.
Assist in troubleshooting deployment failures and provide timely solutions to complex technical challenges.
Document CI/CD processes, guidelines, and workflows to ensure standardization and knowledge sharing across teams.
Stay up to date with the latest DevOps tools, techniques, and industry trends to continuously improve our CI/CD practices and enhance team capabilities.
