• Enterprise Declarative Infrastructure: Extensively utilize Terraform to define, manage, and evolve infrastructure as code, ensuring comprehensive drift detection, modular patterns, and isolation across multi-tenant tiers.
• Scripting & Tooling: Eliminate manual operational bottlenecks by authoring high-quality, readable, and structured automation scripts using Python and Bash.

• Telemetry Transformation: Drive the strategic platform transition away from legacy monitoring systems (retiring Datadog) by migrating complex configurations onto an enterprise open-source LGTM stack (Loki, Grafana, Tempo, Mimir).
• Dashboarding & Alerts: Architect consolidated, intuitive Grafana dashboards and design centralized alert structures providing metrics-to-traces correlation to maximize platform uptime and dramatically reduce Mean-Time-to-Resolution (MTTR).

• Vulnerability Mitigation: Oversee periodic automated system vulnerability assessments and design actionable remediations proactively before software reaches production.
• Compliance Mapping: Ensure all documented architectural layouts, operational runbooks, and programmatic access controls map tightly to enterprise verification mandates, specifically aligning with ISO 9001 (Quality Management) and ISO 27001 (Information Security Management) standards. Manage systematic documentation lifecycles covering document version control, secure retention, and verified disposal.

• Experience: 8 10 years of progressive hands-on experience in DevOps, Cloud Systems Infrastructure, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
• Cloud Native Mastery: In-depth enterprise-level proficiency with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), notably custom VPC routing, GKE cluster isolation, and Artifact Registry administration.
• GitOps Leadership: Mastery in setting up, maintaining, and scaling declarative delivery loops within production using ArgoCD.
• CI Automation Expertise: Advanced capabilities configuring multi-stage workflows from scratch across GitHub Actions and GitLab CI, accompanied by deep experience governing Java/Maven application lifecycles and SonarQube analytics.
• IaC Prowess: Proven track record crafting highly reusable, multi-environment Terraform modules.
• Modern Observability: Extensive direct engineering experience with Prometheus, Grafana, or the cohesive LGTM logging and metrics framework. Experience executing transitions off commercial monitoring layers is highly preferred.
• Regulatory Familiarity: Foundational operational knowledge working inside data-secure infrastructures that maintain compliance with ISO 27001 parameters.
