Experience:
5 - 8 Years overall, with a minimum of 3 - 4 years of strong hands-on experience in DevOps/SRE/Infrastructure roles
Key Requirements / Must-Have Skills:
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in DevOps/SRE/Infrastructure roles, with strong AWS experience
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS EC2, ECS, EKS, RDS, S3, IAM and VPC
- Strong Kubernetes/EKS experience, including networking, RBAC, autoscaling, and EKS Auto Mode
- Terraform/CloudFormation and Ansible
- CI/CD tools Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions
- Scripting Python and/or Bash
- Monitoring/Observability CloudWatch, Grafana, Zabbix, ELK or Prometheus
- Database performance troubleshooting – MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB
- Production incident management and strong RCA practices
- Knowledge of security/compliance frameworks such as PCI-DSS, SOC 2, and ISO 27001
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification would be an added advantage
- Team mentoring/leadership experience is preferred
