Job Description
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of hands-on DevOps or Systems Engineering experience in production environments
- Strong experience with Linux (Red Hat/CentOS) and Unix systems administration
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools, particularly Jenkins
- Experience working with messaging and streaming platforms such as Apache Kafka
- Familiarity with ELK Stack and log aggregation systems
- Proficiency in shell scripting for task automation
- Experience with monitoring tools such as New Relic
- Understanding of SQL/NoSQL database operations, ideally Oracle NoSQL
- Hands-on experience working with ticketing and ITSM tools like JIRA and ServiceNow
