Conga is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Engineer with a proven track record in developing robust solutions across Salesforce Communities, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in these areas and a strong commitment to delivering innovative and effective solutions. As a critical member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our customer engagement, support, and financial processes.

Why it s a big deal

Senior Salesforce Engineer will help us design and deliver solutions for enterprise-grade customers using Salesforce products. The intention is to recommend the best solution for a given set of requirements and articulate the trade-offs involved in choosing one solution over another. Leading technical design sessions and writing design documents by managing the delivery of integrations and custom extensions will be most critical. This person should also be current with the latest Salesforce features, Service Cloud capabilities, FinancialForce, functionality, and industry best practices.

Are you the person we re looking for

Salesforce Integration and Implementation. You should be hands-on Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments and strong expertise in Sales Cloud, including Opportunity, Quote, Forecasting, Pipeline, Account, Contact, and revenue operations processes.

Testing and Technical Documentation. You should be experienced in conducting thorough testing of developed solutions, ensuring high-quality deliverables that align with user expectations and business needs and creating technical documentation, including solution design, technical specifications, and best practice guidelines.

Success Metrics.

Education. A bachelor s degree in Engineering or equivalent.

Here s what will give you an edge

Certifications.

Salesforce certifications, such as Platform Developer I, Service Cloud Consultant, and FinancialForce certifications, are a plus.

Quality oriented. You rarely make mistakes because you have good processes in place to ensure that every detail is correct. But in those rare occasions when errors are realized (let s face it, it happens to the best of us from time to time), you own them, correct them, learn from them, and then quickly adjust and communicate processes to ensure the same mistake doesn t happen twice. It s your transparency, authenticity and humility are what sets you apart from the rest

Analytical thinker and creative problem solver. You can see issues holistically and follow the flow of the stack to get to the root of the matter -- a key skill in this role. But where you really shine is with your ability to identify creative solutions to unique customer requirements. This is critical for ensuring our customer issues are resolved in a manner that meets or exceeds their expectations without increasing their costs.

Industry expertise. Let s face it, understanding of Software as a Service industry would allow you to hit the ground running.
