Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Developer with strong expertise in designing and developing scalable Microservices and Event-Driven backend systems. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in cloud-native application development, Kafka-based integrations, distributed architectures, and REST API engineering.
The candidate will work on logistics and supply chain platforms supporting real-time operational workflows and orchestration services

Must Have Skills
Strong experience in C# and .NET Backend Development
Hands-on experience in Microservices Architecture
Strong knowledge of RESTful API Development
Experience with OpenAPI 3 / API-first development
Expertise in Kafka and Event-Driven Systems
Experience with MongoDB
Hands-on experience in Azure Cloud
Experience working with Kubernetes
Strong understanding of:
oCQRS
oIdempotency
oReplay Mechanisms
oDistributed Systems
Experience with CI/CD pipelines
Familiarity with OWASP secure API development practices
Experience in monitoring and observability tools:
oOpenTelemetry
oPrometheus
oJaeger

Roles & Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable backend Microservices using C# and .NET
Build and maintain REST APIs following API-first principles
Develop asynchronous integrations using Kafka
Implement secure, resilient, and highly available backend systems
Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and cross-functional teams
Support observability, monitoring, and troubleshooting activities
Participate in CI/CD and Kubernetes deployment practices
Optimize application performance and reliability

Education Qualification
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with relevant industry experience.
