Team Management
Perform regular system audits and risk assessments.
Lead the site service delivery team, manage conflicts, and ensure efficient execution of

Drive IT operational efficiency, governance, and compliance (internal and external audits).
- Perform regular system audits and risk assessments.
- Implement and maintain security protocols to protect data on corporate endpoints.
- Lead the team in providing technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Maintain knowledge of general IT processes and produce key metrics to drive operational excellence.
- Compliance and Documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT processes, systems, and configurations.
- Prepare and present regular reports to India IT regional lead
