Job Title: Sr. Data Scientist (AI/ML & Generative AI)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist with expertise in AI/ML and Generative AI to build intelligent, scalable solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in machine learning, LLMs, RAG, conversational AI, and cloud-based AI deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
• Build LLM-based applications, RAG pipelines, and AI-powered chatbots.
• Develop predictive ML models and perform data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Implement Agentic AI solutions using frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel.
• Fine-tune LLMs, optimize prompts, and implement responsible AI practices.
• Deploy AI solutions on Azure/AWS/GCP using MLOps/LLMOps practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions and mentor junior team members.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML/Data Science with 12 years in Generative AI.
• Strong Python, SQL, and ML libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow).
• Experience with LLMs (Azure OpenAI, OpenAI GPT, Claude, Llama, Mistral).
• Hands-on experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases (Azure AI Search, Pinecone, FAISS, Qdrant), and prompt engineering.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel).
• Experience building conversational AI using Copilot Studio, Bot Framework, Rasa, or Dialogflow.
• Experience with Azure/AWS/GCP, REST APIs, Docker, Git, and CI/CD.

Good to Have

• Experience with MLOps/LLMOps, Responsible AI, Power Platform, OCR/IDP, or Speech AI.

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to lead PoCs and mentor junior team members.
