Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Scientist to join our Agile team in Hyderabad. This role requires 8 – 12 years of experience and expertise in technologies such as Python, SQL, Machine Learning (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn), Databricks, Snowflake, Azure Data Services, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), and ML Model Deployment. You will be instrumental in designing and building healthcare applications and implementing new features while adhering to the best coding development standards.

About the Role

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will be a part of an Agile team to design and build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Data Science and Analytics delivery for business domains such as Quality, Supply Chain, Commercial, and Finance.
• Manage and mentor a team of Data Engineers and Data Scientists, ensure technical excellence and delivery quality.
• Design end-to-end data and analytics solutions covering data ingestion, transformation, model development, deployment, and visualization.
• Drive the complete Machine Learning lifecycle including feature engineering, model development, validation, deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
• Develop and enhance NLP and LLM-based solutions for document processing, text analytics, and enterprise AI use cases.
• Define and standardize enterprise KPIs, business metrics, and reporting frameworks.
• Architect data pipelines and real-time analytics solutions for connected devices and enterprise platforms.
• Establish and enforce data governance, metadata management, data quality, and security standards.
• Present business insights and analytical findings to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies including Generative AI, LLMs, and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).
