Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary

The Senior Analyst provides advanced analytical support across categories, driving insights that influence pricing, promotions, assortment, and vendor negotiations. This role partners more closely with Category Managers and Merchandising leadership to identify opportunities and influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-depth analyses on pricing, promotions, assortment, and vendor funding effectiveness.
• Identify growth opportunities through shopper trends, sales patterns, and competitive insights.
• Build scenario models (e.g., "what-if" pricing or assortment changes) to support merchant decision-making.
• Partner with Lead Analysts to drive category reviews and provide actionable insights.
• Contribute to process improvements, automation, and building scalable reporting solutions.
