Key Responsibilities:
- Voice Process
- Provide excellent customer service to clients across different time zones
- Resolve customer queries effectively and efficiently
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills

Eligibility:
- Graduate/Undergraduate degree
- Candidates with 6 months of international voice process experience are also welcome to Apply
Selection Process:

- VNA (Voice and Accent) Assessment
- Ops Interview
Shift Requirements:
- Candidates should be comfortable working rotational shifts 24*7
