Job Description
- Lead the complete contract management process for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and finalise contracts, work orders, purchase orders, and agreements with contractors, vendors, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Ensure all contracts comply with company policies, legal requirements, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with Project, Procurement, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure smooth contract execution and administration.
- Monitor contractual obligations, identify risks, and resolve contractual issues and disputes.
- Manage contract variations, claims, extensions of time, and change orders.
