Technical Excellence

Extensive knowledge of technology strategy development tailored for the financial services sector. Proficient in conducting technology assessments and identifying areas for transformation within client organizations. Experience in aligning technology initiatives with business objectives to drive measurable outcomes in consulting engagements. Skilled in stakeholder management and facilitating workshops to gather requirements and deliver innovative solutions. Ability to analyze industry trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic technology recommendations.
