Senior Consultant Ophthalmologist

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform phacoemulsification surgery with high precision and accuracy.
  
• Conduct glaucoma surgeries, including ICL (Implantable Collamer Lens), CNV (Central Retinal Vein), and other advanced procedures.
  
• Manage retinal detachments and perform vitreo-retinal surgeries as needed.
  
• Provide exceptional patient care by explaining treatment options, performing pre-operative and post-operative assessments, and prescribing medications.
  
• Collaborate with optometrists to conduct refractions and provide comprehensive eye exams.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-20 years of experience in ophthalmology after completing MS/MD or DNB degree.
  
• Strong expertise in phacoemulsification, glaucoma, retina, refraction, and IOL implantation.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and colleagues.
