Senior Consultant- Machine Learning

Job Summary

We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer with strong expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and modern AI application development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building, fine-tuning, deploying, and optimizing AI/ML solutions, with a focus on GenAI-powered products and services. You will work closely with product managers, software engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to design and implement scalable AI systems that solve real-world business problems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and Generative AI solutions in production environments.
• Build applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) for tasks such as Conversational AI, Question answering systems, Knowledge assistants, Content Generation, Document intelligence.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures using vector databases and enterprise knowledge sources.
• Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize foundation models for domain-specific use cases.
• Develop prompt engineering strategies and agentic AI workflows.
• Build scalable ML pipelines for model training, inference, monitoring, and evaluation.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to prepare and manage datasets for model development.
• Optimize model performance, latency, cost, and reliability.

Core Competencies

• Understanding of Snowflake architecture, SQL optimization, and data modeling techniques
• Accuracy in data handling, coding, and documentation
• Comfortable working in dynamic environments and adapting to evolving technologies and business needs
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely to non-technical audiences
• Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, scientists, and business stakeholders
• Proactive in identifying issues and implementing effective solutions in data workflows and pipelines
• Ability to analyze complex data problems and develop efficient, scalable solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering or AI development.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as:
  • PyTorch
  • TensorFlow
  • Scikit-learn
• Hands-on experience working with Large Language Models.
