Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Executive to support the
Accounts & Finance function by ensuring timely statutory, regulatory, and financial
compliances. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting
principles, tax laws, corporate compliances, and documentation processes while
coordinating with internal teams, consultants, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
Key Responsibilities
Statutory & Tax Compliance
• Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, Professional
Tax, and Labour Law requirements.
• Prepare and maintain statutory registers and compliance calendars.
• Handling tax assessments, notices, and departmental queries.
• Maintain accurate records of agreements and supporting documents.
Secretarial & Corporate Compliance
• Coordinate with Company Secretaries for ROC filings, Board Meetings,
Shareholder Meetings, and other corporate compliances.
• Maintain statutory records, board resolutions, and corporate documents.
• Assist in compliance related to Companies Act and other regulatory
requirements.
Audit & Documentation
• Coordinate with internal, statutory, GST, and tax auditors.
• Prepare audit schedules and provide required documents.
• Ensure proper maintenance of compliance records for audit purposes.
• Track and close audit observations within timelines.
Process & Risk Management
• Monitor compliance deadlines and ensure timely completion.
• Identify compliance risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Support implementation and improvement of internal controls and SOPs.
• Prepare periodic compliance reports and MIS for management.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
• CA Inter or MBA (Finance) will be an added advantage.
Experience
• 25 years of experience in Accounts, Finance, Taxation, and Statutory
Compliance.
• Experience in handling ROC, GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, Payroll Compliance, and
Corporate Compliance is preferred.
Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliances.
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and Labour
Laws.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally.
• Excellent documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple compliance deadlines with accuracy.
