Job Title: Senior Collection Executive

Age: Maximum 32 Years.

Experience: 1-7 Years.

Job Responsibilities

• Visit customers and collect overdue loan payments.
• Handle collections for Tractor, Commercial Vehicles (HCV, MCV, LCV), and 4-Wheeler loans.
• Meet monthly collection targets.
• Follow up with customers and resolve payment issues.
• Maintain collection records and submit daily reports.
• Follow company policies during all collection activities.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 17 years of field collection experience.
• Experience in Tractor, Commercial Vehicle, and 4-Wheeler finance collections.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Willing to travel for field visits.
• Must have a valid driving license and own two-wheeler (preferred).
