Job Description
- The Senior Civil Site Engineer is responsible for overseeing on-site civil construction activities, ensuring projects are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines
- The role involves coordination with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution while maintaining safety and compliance standards
- Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day site construction activities for civil works
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, BOQ, and technical specifications
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and architectural teams for smooth site operations
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports
- Review and verify contractor bills and measurements
- Ensure quality control procedures are implemented at site
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Identify and resolve technical issues at site
- Manage subcontractors and site workforce efficiently
- Ensure material inspection, testing, and proper storage at site
- Coordinate with planning team to maintain project schedules
- Maintain proper documentation including DPR, site instructions, and checklists
