We're looking for a Senior Manager – Category (UPSC) to join Unacademy and drive the growth and success of one of our most important business verticals.
Role Details
- Location: Bengaluru (On-site)
- Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday
- Employment Type: Full-time
Requirements
What we're looking for:
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
- Experience handling the UPSC or State PCS category in an EdTech company is mandatory.
OR
- Candidates who have personally appeared for the UPSC or State PCS examinations and have relevant business/category management experience.
- Strong understanding of the UPSC ecosystem, learner journey, and competitive landscape.
- Experience in category management, business growth, GTM strategy, stakeholder management, and cross-functional execution.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
Please note: This is a specialized role, and prior EdTech experience managing the UPSC/State PCS category or having appeared for the UPSC/State PCS examination is a non-negotiable requirement.
