Senior Business Development Associate - Field sales

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop new business opportunities through direct sales, field sales, and relationship management with existing clients.
• Identify potential customers' needs and provide tailored solutions for personal loans, insurance products, and other financial services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed monthly targets by consistently meeting sales quotas.

Job Requirements :

• 1-7 years of experience in banking, finance, or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends and regulations (desirable).
• Proven track record in business development, direct sales, or hospital/doctor channel management.
