Senior Business Analyst Profiles Strategic Project Support

• 7+ years of business analysis experience, with 3+ years supporting complex, enterprise Salesforce projects.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce (preferably Education Cloud), CRM workflows, and user journey mapping.
• Demonstrated experience working in high-stakes, cross-functional environments with executive visibility.
• Background in higher education or public sector is a plus, though not required.

Core Responsibilities:

• Partner with developers, technical leads, and stakeholders to conduct discovery and refinement sessions.
• Elicit and document business goals, objectives, success metrics, constraints, assumptions, and acceptance criteria using the Gherkin model (Given/When/Then).
• Maintain strong documentation discipline by entering and updating all requirements in Azure DevOps to support sprint planning and traceability.
• Ensure clear, testable user stories that prioritize user and business outcomes, not technical solutions.
• Drive shared understanding and alignment across business and technical teams.
• Support backlog grooming, sprint readiness, and issue triage as needed throughout delivery.
