SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Manufacturing domain and CRM expertise, particularly with Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role requires excellent analytical skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate business needs into functional requirements. The Senior Business Analyst will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery and process optimization.

• Minimum 8+ years of Business Analysis experience, preferably in Manufacturing domain.
• Strong expertise in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and solution design.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, especially Customer Service and Field Service modules.
• Proficiency in BA tools: JIRA, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Visio, and more.
• Working knowledge of Power Platform and Azure ecosystem is preferred.
• Relevant certifications: CBAP, CCBA, Agile Business Analyst, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals, Scrum Certifications.
• Strong experience in Manufacturing domain, including operations, supply chain, and service management.
• Ability to understand and document complex business requirements and end-to-end processes.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements.
• Conduct requirement elicitation workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and solution specifications.
• Develop and maintain BRDs, FRDs, and other documentation.
• Analyze and understand end-to-end business processes across manufacturing and related functions.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, and Developers to ensure solution alignment.
• Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and reviews.
• Perform impact analysis and recommend process improvements.
• Facilitate UAT planning and execution, managing defects, and ensuring business sign-off.
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring smooth project delivery.
