About the Role
Customer journeys: product discovery, search, cart, checkout, payment, delivery and returns
Retail concepts: pricing, promotions, inventory, fulfilment, stores and loyalty
Integrations: ERP, order management, warehouse management, payment gateways, CRM and product information systems
Requirements techniques: workshops, user stories, process maps, acceptance criteria and backlog refinement
E-commerce KPIs: conversion rate, cart abandonment, average order value, return rate and fulfilment performance
Agile delivery and collaboration with product, UX, engineering, testing and business teams
