Senior Business Analyst

Job Role/ JD :

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.

• Translate business requirements into detailed User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.

• Shape product ideas and requirements into wireframes, mockups, and clickable prototypes.

• Collaborate closely with UI/UX Designers to create intuitive and user-centric experiences.

• Facilitate requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.

• Develop and maintain project documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, workflows, and process diagrams.

• Analyze and interpret business data to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement areas.

• Work closely with Development and QA teams throughout the product lifecycle.

• Review and validate Test Cases to ensure complete coverage of business requirements.

• Participate in Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, UAT, and Product Review sessions.

• Support project management activities, timelines, and delivery milestones.

• Provide product demonstrations, user training, and post-implementation support when required.

• Ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives and user expectations.

Personal attributes/skills required:

• BE/ B.Tech in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 35 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or a similar role.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
