Senior Business Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Analyze complex business problems and develop innovative solutions using digital transformation strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain large-scale IT systems integrations.
• Develop project plans, manage timelines, and track progress against key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
• Provide expert guidance on communication skills to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Requirements :

• 5-8 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong understanding of digital transformation concepts and ability to apply them in real-world scenarios.
• Proven project management skills with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
