Job Description
- The candidate must have B.Tech/MSc/MCA/M.Tech in Computer Science with 2-15 years of relevant experience in medium to large-scale software development organizations are needed.

Experience: 2-15 years of relevant experience in medium to large-scale software development organizations are needed.
Desired Skills:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior role.
- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Proficiency in documenting requirements using tools such as Visio, Jira, or similar.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Certification in Business Analysis is a plus.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of data analysis and SQL querying.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean, etc).
- Candidates are expected to have excellent communication skills. Being a team player is a must.
