Senior Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities - Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather and define requirements, translating them into functional specifications. - Lead the implementation, enhancement, and adoption of Salesforce CRM solutions, including Life Sciences Cloud, Healthcare Cloud, and Sales Cloud. - Document and manage comprehensive business requirements, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications to support project objectives. - Work with cross-functional teams across commercial operations, IT, sales, marketing, and analytics to deliver integrated business solutions. - Perform detailed data analysis to generate actionable insights that inform commercial strategies and decision-making processes. - Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Salesforce and other BI tools to monitor and analyze key business metrics. - Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and defect management, ensuring solution validation and alignment with business needs. - Assist in change management, stakeholder communication, and training activities to facilitate project implementation and adoption. Overview - The Senior Business Analyst - Life Sciences will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation initiatives within the consulting sector, focusing on the life sciences domain. - This position is based in Gurgaon and involves collaborating with key business stakeholders to optimize CRM solutions, particularly Salesforce, to enhance sales, marketing, and customer engagement strategies. - The successful candidate will leverage their experience in life sciences and Salesforce to conduct data-driven analyses that support strategic decision-making and process improvements. - With a primary focus on commercial, sales, and digital transformation, the role requires a proactive approach in documenting business requirements and facilitating cross-functional collaboration. - The analyst will also support CRM data governance and process standardization to ensure continuous improvement in business operations. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Business, or a related field. - 6 to 9 years of experience as a Business Analyst, CRM Analyst, or Consulting Analyst, particularly within the life sciences sector. - Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, with a preference for Sales Cloud and Life Sciences Cloud. - Strong understanding and experience in sales operations, customer engagement, and commercial processes in the life sciences industry. - Demonstrated expertise in requirements gathering, business process mapping, and documentation. - Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau, along with strong analytical skills. - Salesforce Administrator Certification and familiarity with Agile methodologies, JIRA, and user story creation are preferred.
