Senior Business Analyst

Hot Duties:

• Drive agile projects end-to-end, blending traditional PM rigour with AI-powered tools and spec-driven development
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements that both stakeholders and AI-assisted teams can execute against
• Partner closely with stakeholders across the business to align priorities, timelines, and outcomes
• Champion adaptability and sound communication in a fast-evolving, AI-driven work environment

Duties:

• Manage products through the full agile lifecycle, from planning to delivery
• Gather, document, and refine business requirements using spec-driven approaches
• Work with stakeholders to align scope, priorities, and expectations
• Leverage AI tools to support planning, documentation, and project tracking
• Use PM tools and platforms to manage timelines, tasks, and reporting
• Communicate project status, risks, and decisions clearly across teams

Requirements:

• 5to 8 years of project management experience, with a degree in a business-related discipline.
• Proven experience managing projects in an Agile environment.
• Ability to create clear, well-structured business requirements.
• Proficiency with common project management tools and platforms, such as Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to facilitate and manage Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working with AI-driven tools and workflows.
• Demonstrated adaptability in fast-changing environments.
• Eagerness to learn and quickly adapt to new business domains. IAM (Identity and Access Management) domain expertise is preferred
