Senior Business Analyst

• Customer Requirements Analysis: Engage with customers to gather and define requirements, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Use AI/LLM tools for advanced requirements analysis, documentation generation, and workshop preparation
• User Story Creation: Write clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria to guide the development team.
• System Integration: Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth integration of our software with customer systems.
• Validate AI-generated outputs for correctness, business alignment, hallucinations, and feasibility.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain continuous communication with all project stakeholders, from clients to internal teams.
• Documentation: Produce high-quality documentation of processes, requirements, and changes. Contribute reusable AI-assisted delivery patterns and templates.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• User Experience Design: Contribute to the design of the user interface to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Use AI-assisted techniques for: impact analysis, SQL/query generation, defect triage, process mapping, traceability mapping, scenario expansion, and knowledge retrieval.

• Bachelor s degree required, or higher education level, or foreign equivalent, preferably in area of business administration, business analytics management information systems or related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years professional experience, preferably in a similar role
• Professional certificate on business analysis would be an added advantage

• Data Analysis: Ability to interpret and analyse data to make informed decisions and recommendations.
• SQL and Database Knowledge: Skills in SQL or other database query languages to manipulate and retrieve data.
• System Integration: Understanding of how different systems interact and integrate with each other, especially important for software that adjusts to customer needs.
• Proficiency in Project Management Tools: Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint.
• Exposure to AI-assisted delivery operating models.

• Experience in implementation of large-scale insurance transformation projects and/or ran complex reinsurance operations
• Insurance/Reinsurance domain certification would be added advantage
