Senior Business Analyst

Mandatory Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong experience in the General Insurance domain (mandatory).
• Expertise in one or more of the following:
• Policy Administration
• Underwriting
• Claims Management
• Policy Servicing
• Renewals
• Billing
• Experience with General Insurance products such as Motor, Property, Health, Commercial, or

Travel Insurance.

• Strong experience in requirement elicitation, business process mapping, and documentation.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
