Key Responsibilities

Lead requirement gathering and discovery workshops with clients.
Analyze business processes and design scalable digital transformation solutions.
Create workflows, process maps, wireframes, user stories, and functional specifications.
Translate business requirements into clear and actionable development requirements.
Collaborate with development, QA, UI/UX, AI, and project teams.
Demonstrate project progress, features, and solution updates to clients regularly.
Drive stakeholder discussions, ask the right questions, challenge assumptions, and uncover business needs.
Contribute to ERP, Manufacturing, Logistics, Healthcare, AI Integration, and Agentic AI projects.
Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis, documentation, solution design, and brainstorming.

Requirements

3 8 years of Business Analysis experience in software consulting, technology services, or digital transformation projects.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working directly with clients from the USA and Europe.
Proven ability to independently lead workshops, requirement sessions, and client demonstrations.
Strong experience in requirement gathering, workflow creation, documentation, and solution design.
Experience in ERP solutions, particularly within Manufacturing, Logistics, or Healthcare domains.
Hands-on experience creating wireframes, business workflows, and functional documentation.
Strong understanding of AI-driven business solutions and modern software platforms.

Internal Preferred

Experience working with reputed consulting, technology, or product companies.
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Lucidchart, Miro, Draw.io, and AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Copilot.
