Senior BPO Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
  
• Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates.
  
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews accordingly.
  
• Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
  
• Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in bulk hiring or end-to-end recruitment for BPO/ITES industries.
  
• Strong understanding of non-IT recruitment processes and techniques.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders including clients, candidates, and internal teams.
