Job Title: Bench Sales Recruiter

We are seeking a motivated Bench Sales Recruiter with experience in US IT Staffing to market bench consultants, build vendor relationships, and drive successful placements. The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-driven, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Market bench consultants to Tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
• Source and share suitable requirements for available consultants.
• Coordinate with vendors and clients throughout the submission, interview, and placement process.
• Negotiate rates and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Follow up regularly on submissions and interview feedback.
• Keep consultant profiles updated and ensure continuous marketing.
• Maintain accurate records of submissions, interviews, and placements.

Required Skills

• 4- 8 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales.
• Strong knowledge of the US staffing process and work authorization types.
• Experience working with Tier-1 vendors and implementation partners.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Familiarity with job portals (Dice, LinkedIn, Monster) and VMS/MSP tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
