Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Senior Beauty Consultant to deliver a premium in-store experience while driving sales and building lasting customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or luxury retail and a consultative approach to selling.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized product consultations based on customers’ needs and preferences.
• Achieve individual and store-level sales targets while maintaining high service standards.
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases and customer loyalty.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and effectively communicate product benefits and usage.
• Support cross-selling and upselling to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Maintain high standards of grooming, visual presentation, merchandising, and store hygiene.
• Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, billing, and day-to-day store operations.
• Maintain customer records and support clienteling and follow-ups.
• Handle customer queries and concerns professionally.
• Support and guide junior Beauty Consultants on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service.
• Participate in product training, store activities, promotions, and new launches.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: 3–6 years in Beauty, Skincare, Cosmetics, Luxury, Fashion, Lifestyle, or Premium Retail.
• Strong sales orientation with a track record of achieving targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of customer service and consultative selling.
• Well-groomed with a professional and confident personality.
• Ability to work in a target-driven retail environment.
• Prior experience in premium/luxury beauty or skincare retail will be preferred.
