Senior Backend Python Developer - Excellent Opportunity

Role & responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python.
• Build robust RESTful APIs and microservices using Django, FastAPI, or Flask.
• Optimize Azure SQL databases through indexing, query tuning, and execution plan analysis.
• Develop and maintain stored procedures, views, and efficient database schemas.
• Troubleshoot application and database performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with Product, DevOps, Data Engineering, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong expertise in Python and Object-Oriented Programming.
• Hands-on experience with Django, FastAPI, or Flask.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, HTTP protocols, API security, and backend architecture.
• Extensive experience with Azure SQL ( Must have ).
• Expertise in SQL Query Optimization, Indexing Strategies, Execution Plans, Stored Procedures, and Performance Tuning.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Strong understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Design Patterns.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development practices.
• Knowledge of Authentication & Authorization (OAuth, JWT, RBAC).
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
