Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Backend Engineer with Offshore Lead responsibilities to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Node.js and AWS cloud services, along with hands-on experience in Java-based backend development.
The candidate will be responsible for designing and developing scalable backend solutions, leading offshore delivery activities, coordinating with onshore teams, and ensuring high-quality releases for enterprise applications.
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js
- Experience with Express.js / NestJS
- Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services
- Experience building REST APIs and microservices
- Good understanding of backend architecture and design patterns
- Hands-on experience with Java-based backend services
- Experience leading offshore teams and coordinating delivery activities
