Senior Associate - Talent Acquisition

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for technology roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet those needs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality results.
• Analyze metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement in the recruitment process.

Job Requirements :

• 4-8 years of experience in product hiring or technology recruitment.
• Proven track record of success in managing complex projects from start to finish.
• Strong understanding of stakeholder management principles and ability to build strong relationships with internal customers (hiring managers).
• Experience working with various technologies such as ATS systems, CRM software, etc.
