Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven recruiter with at least 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top-performing sales professionals who will drive business growth. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand requirements, build strong candidate pipelines, and ensure a seamless recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for sales positions (Sourcing ? Screening ? Interviewing ? Offer Management).

* Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create compelling job descriptions.

* Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, employee referrals, and networking.

* Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates sales skills, motivation, and cultural fit.

* Schedule and coordinate interviews with stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication throughout.

* Maintain an active talent pipeline for current and future sales hiring needs.

* Ensure timely updates to candidates and hiring managers to provide a positive recruitment experience.

* Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, and pipeline status.

* Stay updated with market trends and competitor hiring strategies to attract top sales talent.
