Job Description

This role leads the CoE s transformation agenda with a AI focused approach towards process engineering, workflow tooling and micro-portals, and governed adoption across CoreOps verticals. The role is responsible for building scalable delivery mechanisms and ensuring solutions meet non-functional - security, compliance, and maintainability requirements.

What you will be doing

  • Design and build automation and AI enabled services, agents leveraging Claude, Copilot and other AI coding assistants to accelerate scaffolding, iteration, and refactoring while retaining full engineering ownership
  • Champion spec driven development: write crisp functional and non functional requirements, acceptance criteria, edge cases, and failure modes, and use these specs to drive Claude assisted code generation and review
  • Establish and operate a governed SDLC for automation and AI solutions, including version controlled agents, code reviews, test evidence, change control, and release discipline
  • Define and socialize AI engineering guardrails, including human in the loop requirements, prompt discipline, determinism where required, and explicit mitigation strategies for hallucination and model risk
  • Collaborate with CoreOps and business leaders to prioritize use cases, convert ambiguous business problems into actionable technical specs, and embed solutions into day to day execution
  • Deep code reviews, stringent controls with shift left mindset, mentor a team of process intelligence engineers, building strong capability in spec writing, Claude assisted development, testing discipline, and production ownership
  • Operate in a fast paced environment with iterative releases, rapid feedback loops, POCs with preview level toolsets and continuous refinement of agent specs, code, and outcomes
  • Build and maintain version-controlled prompt/agent libraries, define evaluation metrics, run A/B tests and prompt regression, and maintain test evidence so agent performance remains stable across model/tool changes.

Qualifications Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in process re-engineering, operations transformation, workflow automation, or technology-enabled change
  • Experience with AI-assisted automation/agents
  • Strong understanding of engineering and AI guardrails
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to influence across functions
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving organization
